Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Australia

• Standard: $10.95 (Australia Post) - est. 2-4 business days after dispatch*

• Express: $15.95 (Australia Post) - est. 1-2 business days after dispatch*

International

Flat rates:

• New Zealand: AUD $15.95 - est. 5-8 business days after dispatch*

• All other countries: AUD $34.95 - est. 7-15 business days after dispatch*

*Timeframes are estimates only and depend on Australia Post and destination-country carriers.

Customs & Duties: International orders may incur import taxes, duties or fees. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Garmes is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed or stolen. All enquiries or claims must be made directly with Australia Post (domestic) or your local carrier (international).

Incorrect Address / Details

If incorrect details are supplied and the order has already shipped, we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement. Any re‑shipping or redirection fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.
